Chef Lee Opelinia honed his culinary talent with America's most celebrated chefs. He recently reunited with his mentor, Ron Siegal, to serve as Sous Chef at Michelin-starred Madcap restaurant in San Anselmo, Calif.
Chef Thomas Rhodes
Thomas Rhodes brings 20 years of creating culinary excellence at world-class hotels, including the five-star Hôtel du Palais in Biarritz, France and San Francisco's legendary Palace Hotel, where he prepared dinner for His Holiness The Dalia Lama, to "Tiny Kitchen Big Flavor".
Chef Xavier Perez
Xavier Perez reigns as the Executive Chef of the Loews Regency New York. Xavier's passion for food stems from its connection to memory, comfort and gathering with friends and family.
Chef Eddie Blyden
Hailing from Michelin-rated restaurants in the United States and Europe, including Bouley in New York City and Tantris in Munich, Chef Eddie Blyden brings a global perspective to cuisine. His culinary creations honor tradition and reflect the many cultures that have influenced his life.
