Please join us in The Emerald Ballroom for a cooking demonstration. Our very own Chef Jorge Villabona will prepare a gourmet One-Pot Meal (Beef Bourguignon). After each course's demonstration we will serve that course for each participant's enjoyment. Seating is limited to 30 people and tickets are $35 per person. You must make your reservation in advance at the Front Office.
