Anza-Borrego Desert State Park

For over 60 years, the annual explosion of rich color has become a regional heritage. Visitors are able to observe the blooming of ranunculus flowers and picturesque gardens at The Flower Fields in Carlsbad! Take a stroll along the pathways and savor the breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean. It is truly one of the most spectacular and coordinated displays of nature set on a hillside that overlooks the striking Carlsbad, California coastline. The Flower Fields will open on March 1st.

The San Diego Zoo Safari Park presents Butterfly JungleButterfly Jungle is an annual springtime celebration at Safari Park. San Diego Botanic Garden
The San Diego Botanic Garden is a 37-acre urban oasis located in Encinitas. It also includes the most extensive bamboo collection in the US. It also has 15 gardens that represent different regions of the world: desert gardens, a tropical rainforest, Mediterranean climate landscapes, and many more!
Julian Daffodil Show
Just an hour east of San Diego, in the beautiful Cuyamaca mountains, Julian is the premier mountain retreat in the county and is unique in that it has four seasons. Spring brings the blossoming of many flowers, like daffodils, which is one the most cheerful blossoms during the annual Show. The Julian Daffodil Show is held between March 19th till the 20th.

The Annual San Diego St. Patrick's Day Parade
The parade will be held on Saturday, March 12th, 2022, from 10.30 am on Fifth Avenue at Laurel Street, near Balboa Park. An event-filled Irish Festival in Balboa Park will feature live entertainment on three stages following the parade. It's an all-day Irish festival featuring a Celtic food village, beer gardens, Irish Folk singers and bands, as well as Irish Step Dancers and more.
The 26th Annual ShamROCK
Downtown San Diego's historic Gaslamp Quarter will be turned into Ireland from 12 pm to 12 am on March 17th at ShamROCK 2012, including Irish rock bands and pints of green beer. This is the real Irish flair in San Diego and an authentic Irish celebration.
The Annual Old Town Fiesta Cinco de Mayo is held in Old Town
The Old Town Fiesta Cinco de Mayo is a free festival featuring traditional Mexican dancers, live music, festive drinks, and local food vendors, as well as local artwork and historical reenactments.
The La Jolla Concours d'Elegance
Situated in the breathtaking oceanfront cliffs of La Jolla Cove, The La Jolla Concours d'Elegance is a truly special event, especially for the ones seeking an exclusive experience. The Escondido Street Faire
After a two-year break, The Escondido Street Faire is back! Enjoy live music entertainment and hundreds of booths showcasing arts and crafts on the Plaza, international foods, and a farmers market, beer & wine garden. The Street Faire is going to be held on May 22nd in downtown Escondido.
