For monthly stays, a $600 flat fee deposit is required at the time of booking. Cancellations must be made 14 days or more prior to arrival to avoid a fee equal to 100% of the deposit, and a $25 cancellation fee will apply. Bookings require a minimum stay of 30 nights and a maximum stay of 180 nights. For weekly stays, a 25% deposit is due if booked 7 or more days prior to arrival, and payment in full is required within 7 days of arrival. Cancellations made between the time of booking and 7 days prior to arrival incur a $25 fee; cancellations within 7 days of arrival forfeit the full deposit. Bookings require a minimum stay of 7 nights and a maximum of 28 nights.
