What forms of payment are accepted at San Diego RV Resort?
We accept Credit Card or Debit Card payments only. We do not accept cash payments or personal checks.
Will I be charged late fees if I don't pay my rent on time at San Diego RV Resort?
All accounts where rental payments are not received by the end of business at the end of the grace period are charged a $45 late fee.
Does San Diego RV Resort offer an autopay program for rent payments?
All guests are strongly encouraged to participate in our Autopay program. Your monthly payment will be charged to your card on a designated date of the month, provided the date is on your due date or within your 5-day courtesy grace period.
Is there a grace period for rental payments at San Diego RV Resort?
Rent payments are due on your arrival anniversary date. As a courtesy to our guests, we have a 5-day grace period.
Do I need to pay a deposit when reserving a monthly RV site at San Diego RV Resort?
Deposits are currently valued at $600. The deposit will remain on the account and applied to the last month’s electric statement, with the credit balance refunded to the card within 7 days of departure.
Is the fixed monthly rate at San Diego RV Resort for a full 30-day period?
The fixed monthly rate follows an arrival anniversary date, meaning if you arrive on the 5th of the month, your next rent is due on the 5th of the following month regardless of the number of days in the month.
