Unfortunately, no. Local city ordinances will not allow this for safety reasons because of the RVs and propane gas in the vicinity. However, you are welcome to use a propane barbeque or firepit with a controlled flame.

Yes. All RVs must be fully self-contained and are subject to exterior inspection upon arrival. Your RV must be clean and rust-free, with no broken windows, and if motor powered, running. Tarps on roofs, duct tape and other modifications are strictly prohibited. The RV must be 10 years or newer. There are exceptions to this rule; please contact the resort manager if you think your RV qualifies. Sorry, no tent camping.

Check-in time is 1 p.m. Check-out is 12 p.m. Early arrivals and late departures (if available) may be subject to a nominal fee.

Yes, we offer propane delivery through a third-party vendor.

Yes, our resort offers both a temperature-controlled outdoor pool and a spa for your year-round enjoyment. The pool area is enclosed and features privacy landscaping, shade umbrellas, bbq and fireplaces.

There are several popular restaurants located within a mile of the resort. Additionally, grocery stores and major retailers such as Costco and Walmart are within two miles. You can also take the trolley to visit one of the malls in Mission Valley, including the well-known Fashion Valley Mall, which is just a 15-minute ride away. Yes, all of our RV sites offer water, sewer, cable TV, 30/50 amp electric, and trash service. All stays 14 consecutive nights and longer are subject to metered electric charges.

Yes, our resort has free Wi-Fi. We provide a standard speed connection that’s perfect for checking emails and light web surfing.

Our rates vary based on how long your stay is, what size of site you need, what amenities you want, and where you want to stay in the resort. For stays of less than 31 days, you can check rates and book here. For our extended stay rates, please call us at 858-365-5880

You can get to most major San Diego attractions and beaches within 15 minutes. Our RV resort is right off the freeway. We also have direct access to the San Diego Trolley. Simply walk out of our RV resort and turn right to find the trolley. It can take you to many of San Diego’s top attractions. Learn more about the San Diego Trolley here.

Yes. We have two recently remodeled on-site laundry facilities. The machines are card operated.

Every Sunland RV Resort is pet-friendly. We supply pet waste bags and have several nice walking areas for your pet. We limit each site to two pets and do not allow any aggressive breeds. For specific pet restrictions, contact our office at 858-365-5880

We have a very limited number of storage spaces is available, but additional RV Storage can be found at our nearby sister resort.

Yes, we accept small groups, however, we can't guarantee that the sites will be booked in the same resort section. Please view our sister RV Resorts for larger groups (10 or more sites).
