A nice RV resort on the outer edge of El Cajon in the community of Flynn Springs. The resort features a well kept pool and hot tub area. There is an activity center with a pool table and small kitchen area.

I've been in Oak Creek RV park for 6 months. It's one of the nicest parks. I've been in a very clean rv site next to the pool area. Clubhouse, everything immaculate and the staff is very nice.

Long-term RV Stay FAQ's

We accept Credit Card or Debit Card payments only. We do not accept cash payments or personal checks.

All accounts where rental payments are not received by the end of business at the end of the grace period are charged a $45 late fee.

All guests are strongly encouraged to participate in our Autopay program. Your monthly payment will be charged to your card on a designated date of the month, provided the date is on your due date or within your 5-day courtesy grace period.

Rent payments are due on your arrival anniversary date. As a courtesy to our guests, we have a 5-day grace period.

Deposits are currently valued at $600. The deposit will remain on the account and applied to the last month’s electric statement, with the credit balance refunded to the card within 7 days of departure.

The fixed monthly rate follows an arrival anniversary date, meaning if you arrive on the 5th of the month, your next rent is due on the 5th of the following month regardless of the number of days in the month.
