At Emerald Desert RV Resort, we offer a variety of spacious RV sites designed to fit your travel style. Choose from Premium, Deluxe, Luxury, Elites, Platinum, and Super Platinum sites, all with full hookups, level pads, and beautifully landscaped surroundings. Many sites feature additional space for outdoor seating, easy access to resort amenities, and options for both back-in and pull-through parking. Each of our RV sites includes 30/50-amp electric hookups, water and sewer connections, cable TV, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Guests also enjoy daily trash pickup and one complimentary package of ice per site. Check-in begins at 1 PM, and check-out is at 12 PM.

Common Questions
What time is check-in and check-out?
For our RV sites: Check-in is 1:00 pm and check-out is 12:00 pm.
For our Villas: Check-in is 3:00 pm and check-out is 10:00 am.
Early arrivals and late departures (if available) may be subject to a nominal fee.
Do you offer free Wi-Fi?
We offer Broadband Internet connection for free at 5MBps (Megabytes) for checking emails and social media sites. However, if you will be streaming video (Netflix, Hulu, Disney +, etc.), we offer a Premium at an additional cost that delivers 15 MBps.
Does Emerald Desert RV Resort have pull-thru RV sites?
Yes. While there are pull-throughs available, they are limited. Please note that due to the high demand for these sites, pull-throughs are not available for extended stays. We do, however, have many large sites that we offer our extended stay guests.
Is Emerald Desert RV Resort family friendly?
Emerald Desert is family-friendly, but it is an adult-oriented resort with limited children's organized activities. During the winter, the resort is a calm oasis for our snowbirds. During Spring Break and summer, the resort comes alive. Families are cruising on bikes, exploring the property, swimming in the pools, playing tennis, pickleball, and more. We love youthful energy and wouldn't have it any other way, but we know that some folks are looking for a more adult-only resort. Ask at the Front Desk for an itinerary of family-friendly activities in the area.
Does Emerald Desert RV Resort offer laundry facilities?
Yes, we offer an on-site laundry facility with a card system. That means there is no need to carry all those quarters around.
Does Emerald Desert RV Resort offer RV storage?
Yes. Emerald Desert RV Resort offers indoor and outdoor RV storage to fit your needs, including fully secure, cooler-equipped storage garages with storage lockers and closets. We offer a limited number of outdoor storage spaces.
Does Emerald Desert RV Resort offer full hookups?
Yes, each of our RV sites offers water, sewer, cable TV, 50/30 amp electric.
What is the largest RV you can accommodate?
Our Deluxe sites can accommodate RVs up to 65 feet. Our pull-through accommodates 100 feet.
Can I have a campfire or BBQ on my RV site?
Only propane UL approved fire pits are allowed. Only propane grills, no charcoal. No burning of wood of any kind or tiki torches.
How do I check out?
Checkout is easy. We know how important it is to get on the road early on departure day. For villas, our check-out time is 10 am. Our Check out time is noon, and there is no need to stop by our office on your way out of the Resort. If you're in a hurry, express checkout is available by texting (858)227-6093. Late checkout for villas is available for a fee and based on availability. We ask that you leave your site clean and free of personal belongings. If you have any questions regarding your account, feel free to call us during your travels, and we will be happy to assist you.
What are your rates?
All rates are based on two guests per RV site. Rates are also determined based on the length of stay, size of the space, amenities at each site, and location within the resort. How many RVs can you park per site?
Only one RV per site. All passenger vehicles must be parked at site or in designated guest parking areas, must be parked parallel to the RV and registered with the office. Limited overnight off-RV site parking is available for a fee. All illegally parked vehicles are subject to tow.
Can we choose our site?
You can choose your site on reservations for 2 months or longer for $200. Please call us at 760-406-5240 to reserve your site.
What is your deposit & cancellation policy?
Nightly - Deposit
Arrival more than three days: 1 night + tax.
Arrival within three days or less: 100% of stay.
Nightly - Cancellation
If the reservation is cancelled more than 3 days before arrival, a fee of $25 will be charged. 100% of the deposit will be charged as a fee if the reservation is cancelled within 3 days before arrival (after 12 pm)
Weekly - Deposit
Arrival more than seven days: 25% of stay. Arrival seven days or less: 100% of stay.
Weekly - Cancellation
If the reservation is cancelled more than 7 days before arrival, a fee of $25 will be charged. 100% of the deposit will be charged as a fee if the reservation is cancelled within 7 days before arrival (after 12 pm).
Monthly - Deposit
We will collect a $600 deposit for monthly stays.
Monthly - Cancellation
If the reservation is cancelled 14 days before arrival, a fee of $25 will be charged. 100% of the deposit will be charged as a fee if the reservation is cancelled within 14 days before arrival (after 12 pm).
