Minimum length of stay applies to Villas only: 3 nights, with no maximum length of stay; RV Sites have no minimum stay requirement. Package for Stagecoach 2027 Music Festival includes access to resort amenities. Tickets to Stagecoach and transportation are not included. Offer is subject to availability and valid for stays through April 25, 2027, with rates based on two people. Deposit & Cancellation Policy: One night’s stay plus taxes and fees is required as a deposit. Cancellations made more than 3 nights prior to arrival are subject to a $25 fee, while cancellations within 3 nights of arrival will forfeit the full deposit.
