Terms & Conditions

Must stay a minimum of 120 nights. Deposit is equal to 25% of the reservation. The remaining 75% is due in full upon arrival. If the reservation is cancelled 14 days before arrival, a fee of $25 will be charged. 100% of the deposit will be charged as a fee if the reservation is cancelled within 14 days before arrival (after 12 pm).
