"Time Well Spent" Photo Contest

It's time for a new contest here at Sunland RV Resorts, and this time it's a PHOTO contest. Get your cameras ready or dig through those old computer albums as this contest is set to start December 15^th.   Below are some answered questions you may have about the contest:

1. What Is The Contest?

Do you have a photo of a favorite moment at one of our Sunland RV Resorts? Maybe you were dancing the night away at an on-site concert, playing an intense game of Pickleball, laughing with friends during a Happy Hour or showing off your skills on the volleyball court? We want to see how you spent your time on your last Sunland getaway, in the form of (1) digital photo!

2. How Do I Enter?

First make sure you like us on Facebook, in order to participate in this contest. Starting December 15^th visit a Sunland RV Resort Facebook page and under the "Photo Contest" tab submit your favorite "Time Well Spent" photo. All photo entries must be entered by January 30^th.

The top 5 photos will then be chosen by the Sunland Judging Panel and posted on Facebook for you to vote on the best "Time Well Spent" photograph. Simply "like" the photo to vote for it as a winner! And don't forget to invite all of your friends to participate, as the number of Facebook likes the final photos receive will determine the winners! Final voting will end February 5^th and the winners announced February 6^th.

3. What Do I Win?

The top 3 places will win the following; 1^st place - $250 Sunland Gift Card, 2^nd place - $150 Sunland gift card, and 3^rd place - $100 Sunland gift card. Imagine what you could do with all this Sunland money! So dig deep into your resort photos or start snapping and you could be the winner of one of these fantastic prizes.

4. What Are The Guidelines?

The Submission must be a digital photo, entrant's original creation and owned one hundred percent (100%) by the entrant. The Submission mustn't have been submitted previously in a promotion of any kind or exhibited or displayed publicly through any means.

Content Restrictions: The Submission must not contain material that violates, misappropriates, or infringes upon any law or regulation or the rights of any third party, including any copyright, trademark, or any rights of publicity or privacy, or any other intellectual property or proprietary rights. The Submission must not disparage any person or entity; The Submission must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene hateful, tortuous, and/or defamatory; The Submission must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; and The Submission must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any jurisdiction where Submission is created.

5. What Are The Terms and Conditions?

Sunland RV Resorts may display all entries on any of the Sunland RV Resort's Facebook pages.  By uploading your entry, you agree that your entry conforms to the Submission Guidelines and Content Restrictions listed above (collectively, the "Guidelines and Restrictions") and that Sunland RV Resorts, in its sole discretion, may remove your entry and disqualify you from the Contest if it believes, in its sole discretion, that your entry fails to conform to the Guidelines and Restrictions.  By uploading your entry, in addition to rights granted below, you: (a) grant to Sunland RV Resorts all rights necessary to display your entry on Sunland RV Resorts' Web sites and Sunland RV Resorts' Facebook pages, and any print material; (b) hereby waive any so-called moral (e.g., creative rights) in your entry; (c) represent and warrant that you have the right to grant the rights granted in these Official Rules; and (d) represent and warrant that your entry and its use as contemplated in these Official Rules does not and will not violate, misappropriate, or infringe upon any law or regulation or the rights of any third party, including any copyright, trademark, or any rights of publicity or privacy, or any other intellectual property or proprietary rights.
