In the newly growing appeal of vintage trailer restoration Golden Village Palms RV Resort has showcased an exciting weekend around the First Annual Vintage Trailers and Camper's Classic Show held April 29th - May 3rd, 2015.
"In comparison, people want the experience of going back in time a bit to enjoy a more simpler life that seemed to be more relaxing yet with the comforts of today's technology" explained Michael Carle General Manager of Golden Village Palms RV Resort. "This year we've done just that offering wine tours on a trolley bus, pet parade and pet clinics, a farmer's market, old-fashioned vintage fashion show and various concerts of entertainment" replied Mr. Carle.

"The vintage themed excitement was ever lasting with everyone's vintage trailer being their ‘little projects' and unique in their own different ways" noted a collector. "We had over 100 vintage trailers visit our Resort and over 90 classic cars on display" replied Mr. Carle. "This past weekend we even extended the opportunity for the general public to come out, look inside these vintage campers, and picture what life would be like back in 1935" added Mr. Carle.
Golden Village Palms would like to generously thank all vintage trailer and classic car contestants, the city of Hemet and Chamber of Commerce. "This event couldn't have been done without the support and help of San Jacinto Valley Tourism and Vintage Trailer Magazine" suggested Mr. Carle. The Second Annual Vintage Trailers and Campers' Classic Show will be showcased April 28-30th 2016, and themed ‘country western' to complement the 2016 Ramona Pageant held at the Ramona Bowl. Reservations have opened for next year and preferred sites are filling quickly.
